Win Together for Women: Reflections from the Anderson Foundation Leadership Summit 2026

Attending the Anderson Foundation Leadership Summit 2026 in Minnesota was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from other leaders, and reflect on how we can strengthen our work at Pratthanadee Foundation.

The summit highlighted the importance of staying true to our mission and values, strengthening advocacy for women and girls, building trust-based relationships with funders, and communicating our story effectively. We were also reminded that strong leadership is not achieved alone. Through genuine connections, mentorship, supportive boards, and a willingness to embrace change, we can build stronger organizations and create more sustainable impact.

We are grateful to the Anderson Foundation for bringing together leaders who share a commitment to creating opportunities for women and girls. We also thank everyone we met in Minnesota for their warm welcome, inspiring conversations, and willingness to share their experiences.

We return to Thailand with new inspiration, knowledge, and connections that we hope to translate into meaningful action for the communities we serve.

Win Together is more than a theme. It reflects our belief that when we support one another, share knowledge, and create opportunities for others to grow, we can achieve more together than we ever could alone.
