On 30 November 2025, Pratthanadee Foundation hosted the 2nd Better Me Connect session, welcoming 14 women to a hands-on Non-Alcoholic Drinks Workshop at our Bangkok office. The session was led by beverage specialists from Akara Hotel, who introduced participants to creative, refreshing, and easy-to-make drink recipes.

The workshop encouraged women to explore healthy alternatives to alcohol while enjoying a relaxed, fun, and pressure-free learning environment. Participants mixed, tasted, and shared drinks together, creating an atmosphere of curiosity, laughter, and connection. For many, it was also a rare moment of self-care — time to slow down and enjoy something just for themselves.

✨ Moving Forward

This session showed how simple, practical skills, when shared in a supportive community, can build confidence, encourage healthier choices, and strengthen social bonds. The Non-Alcoholic Drinks Workshop was not just about making drinks — it was about empowerment, connection, and creating moments of joy.

The Better Me Connect series continues to offer women opportunities to learn, relax, and grow together in meaningful and accessible ways.
