Preparing for Success Workshop Empowers 466 Girls in Ubon Ratchathani

In June 2025, Pratthanadee Foundation launched the first workshop of this year’s Better Me for Girls program: Preparing for Success. The three-day workshop reached 466 girls across four partner schools in Ubon Ratchathani province, equipping them with the skills and confidence to plan their educational and career futures.

📊 Key Highlights

🔹 Schools Reached: Nachaluay (148 girls), Hoksibpansawittayakom (79), Kudkhaopunwittaya (117), Khongchiamwittayakom (122).

🔹 Focus Areas: Career exploration, higher education pathways, safe job search, financial literacy, and self-reflection.

🔹 Learning Outcomes:

    • Average test scores rose from 44% to 85%.
    • 91% of participants improved their scores.
    • 86% gained useful knowledge about education and employment options.
    • 85% increased self-awareness and decision-making confidence.

🔹 Teachers’ Feedback: 100% agreed the workshop was engaging, practical, and filled critical knowledge gaps.

Girls described the experience as “eye-opening, “fun and inspiring”, and they now feel better prepared to pursue further studies or careers. Many emphasized the encouragement they received from the trainers, which boosted their motivation and confidence.
