Preparing for Success Workshop Empowers 466 Girls in Ubon Ratchathani
In June 2025, Pratthanadee Foundation launched the first workshop of this year’s Better Me for Girls program: Preparing for Success. The three-day workshop reached 466 girls across four partner schools in Ubon Ratchathani province, equipping them with the skills and confidence to plan their educational and career futures.

🔹 Schools Reached: Nachaluay (148 girls), Hoksibpansawittayakom (79), Kudkhaopunwittaya (117), Khongchiamwittayakom (122).
🔹 Focus Areas: Career exploration, higher education pathways, safe job search, financial literacy, and self-reflection.
🔹 Learning Outcomes:
- Average test scores rose from 44% to 85%.
- 91% of participants improved their scores.
- 86% gained useful knowledge about education and employment options.
- 85% increased self-awareness and decision-making confidence.
🔹 Teachers’ Feedback: 100% agreed the workshop was engaging, practical, and filled critical knowledge gaps.
