She has extensive experience working in the development sector, bringing a hands-on and practical approach to training in areas such as career development, personal development, and capacity building initiatives.

In her role as a Trainer with PND for Better Me for Girls, she designs and delivers training programs for girls, supporting them to become the best version of themselves. Her work focuses on creating safe, engaging, and participatory learning environments that build confidence, strengthen life skills, and encourage personal growth.
