On 28 June 2026, Pratthanadee Foundation organized the 2nd Better Me Connect session of the year, bringing together women for an engaging Strength Training with Resistance Bands for Women workshop.

When thinking about readiness for starting a family, many focused primarily on having sufficient income, but had rarely had the opportunity to explore relationships, consent, health, shared responsibility, or their freedom to make their own life choices.

For many girls growing up in rural Northeastern Thailand, dreaming about the future comes naturally. They want to become teachers, nurses, pharmacists, or pursue other meaningful careers. But turning those dreams into reality is often much more difficult.

On 29 March 2026, Pratthanadee Foundation organized the 4th Better Me Connect session, bringing together 14 women for a hands-on workshop on No-Bake Biscoff Cheesecake Cups, led by Khun Mai Vannaying, a Pratthanadee Foundation volunteer.

From June 2025 to January 2026, Pratthanadee Foundation delivered the Better Me for Girls program to 678 girls in Ubon Ratchathani Province, supporting adolescent girls at an important turning point in their lives.

On 21 December 2025, Pratthanadee Foundation hosted the 3rd Better Me Connect session, bringing together 16 women for a gentle well-being workshop on Mindful Breathing × Journaling & Drawing, facilitated by Pair Notebook Art & Craft.

On 30 November 2025, Pratthanadee Foundation hosted the 2nd Better Me Connect session, welcoming 14 women to a hands-on Non-Alcoholic Drinks Workshop at our Bangkok office.

In November 2025 and January 2026, Pratthanadee Foundation, with the generous support of the Black & Veatch Foundation, delivered the Claim Your Rights workshop to 547 girls across six secondary schools in Ubon Ratchathani and Amnat Charoen provinces.
