On 21 December 2025, Pratthanadee Foundation hosted the 3rd Better Me Connect session, bringing together 16 women for a gentle well-being workshop on Mindful Breathing × Journaling & Drawing, facilitated by Pair Notebook Art & Craft.

The session created a safe and supportive space for participants to pause, breathe, and reflect on their personal journeys over the past year. Through guided breathing, journaling, and drawing, women were encouraged to release tension, explore emotions, and reconnect with themselves in a calm and non-judgmental environment — while gently setting intentions for the year ahead.

✨ Moving Forward

This session highlighted the power of combining mindfulness with creative expression. Even simple practices, when held in a supportive community, can help women slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and self-kindness.

The Better Me Connect series continues to offer spaces where women can reconnect with themselves — and with each other — through care, creativity, and connection.
